Bookings
These terms and conditions govern all bookings made between the Guest and  Akimano Villas.  The term “guest” includes the person making the booking and all people staying with the guest at Akimano Villas including any invitees of the guest.

Cancellations
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of the booking, no charges.  Cancellations made within 30 days of the commencement of the booking will forfeit the deposit.  All cancellations must be received in writing.  Akimano Villas recommends that guests take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover you in the event of an unforeseen cancellation, once your booking has been confirmed.

Arrival and Departure Times
Normal check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival.  To access the house from 6am-1pm an early check-in fee of $100 is payable.  Normal check-out time is 12.00 pm on the day of departure.  For extended use of the villa from 12pm to 6pm an additional fee of $100 is payable.  Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.  Access prior to 6am and after 6pm requires the payment of an additional night’s rate

Responsibilities of the Guest
The facilities and amenities of Akimano Villas are reserved for the exclusive use of those with a confirmed booking staying on the premises.

Damage
Guests are legally responsible for the cost of any repairs or replacement of items or property broken or damaged by them in the house or the property.  The cost of repair or replacement will be payable to Akimano Villas.

Availability
Should events arise beyond the control of Akimano Villas and render the house uninhabitable (ie. flood, fire, cyclone etc.) then Akimano Villas may be forced to cancel the accommodation booking. However, should such circumstances arise Akimano Villas will refund in full all monies paid in respect of the booking. The guest will have no further claim against Akimano Villas.
